What is Access Bars, and how does it work?

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on energy modality developed by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. It involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head, each corresponding to different aspects of life, such as money, creativity, health, and relationships. These points store the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in these areas. By gently touching these points, the energy stored there is released, allowing for greater ease and possibility in life.

What can I expect during an Access Bars session?

During a session, you'll lie down comfortably while a practitioner gently touches the 32 Bars points on your head.
